Question Shiro'ken.

Simple enough query....

If the Elementalists are mimicking Saltspray Dragons (presumably what Kuunavang is, albeit at a more powerful level), Monks are mimicking Kirin, Ritualists are mimicking Naga, Necromancers are mimicking Mantids, Rangers are Mimicking Tengu...

.... Then what are the Warriors/Assassins and Mesmers supposed to represent? I suppose its noteworthy that in the Tahnnakai Temple mission, all the bound spirits bare the form later found in Shiro'ken Warriors and Assassins ..... but I can't find a single thing in the entire game that looks like the Mesmers.

Mesmers are based phoenixes, no?

And Warriors/Assassins look to be based on ordinary humans.

Mesmers are phoenixes. (I remember the resemblance from Nahpui)

I have no idea about warriors and assassins.

Whatever they are, I've wanted a Shiro'ken Assassin minipet since I first saw one.

Phoenixes?

... Perhaps like the Celestial Phoenixes from Nahpui Quarter... but certainly not like the Phoenixes you can get as a pet from the end of the game. Shiro'ken Mesmers never land, yet the Phoenix pet animals flap close to the ground at best and spend most of their time on it.

The curiosity here is that the Celestial creatures in turn are based on others the same way... albeit somewhat named after them. Celestial Dragons look like Saltspray Dragons, Celestial Turtles look like Bonesnap Turtles, Celestial Kirin look like.... well... either Jade Torn or Stone Scale Kirin...(its all the same really) ....
But once again... the Celestial Phoenix doesn't really look like anything else seen in game. The Phoenix animal isn't anything like the Celestial Phoenix or Shiro'ken Mesmer.

Given however that the Celestial creatures do match their counterparts in name though... its probably safe to say that Shiro'ken Mesmers are based on SOME sort of phoenix..... just none anyone can see....
